Generous and good breakfast to star a day with great coffee, fruits. The rooms were beautifully decorated and huge and the staff was excellent. Comfy location of the hotel, close to the restaurant at 8:40am. Also, next to the bus stop for Akiyoshidou caves

The location is marvellous, 1 mile from a rebuilt modernist church. It's in a new building in the relaxing area.

I absolutely adored the elegant decor in the lobby area of the hotel, with its calming colors and beautiful floral arrangements. the comfortable seating provided a lovely spot for senior guests like myself to relax and take a moment to unwind. Additionally, the easy accessibility throughout the hotel, including ramps and handrails, made it simple for elderly individuals to navigate the premises effortlessly.
Improved guidance for senior guests on how to use the facilities would enhance the vacation experience for older individuals.

I recently stayed at a hotel during my business trip that I found to be great. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. They did not speak English fluently, but they tried their best to understand me. I really appreciated their efforts to find me a bus schedule. , the room was very clean and spacious with a lovely view. The tasty Japanese breakfast and dinner was served at a reasonable price, which was handy when I didn't want to leave the building. the hotel’s location was very convenient as it was within walking distance to many of the city's attraction spots.
Although I had a good stay, there were a few minor issues. The Wi-Fi connection was not reliable, it was slow and kept disconnecting.

I enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The room was cozy and the view of the city was great, especially at night. The breakfast and dinner options were perfect for someone who prefers to dine in. The onsen was a perfect place to unwind after a long day. The staff was friendly and helpful and assisted me in calling a taxi when I needed one.
Absolutely nothing to say about dislikes.

The public onsen was a highlight, providing a relaxing and rejuvenating experience. The staff, despite their limited English, were incredibly nice and helpful throughout my stay.
